Believe
it or not, there's a lot more to Orlando than Disney World. There's
also Sea World. And Universal Studios. And lots and lots of golf.
And excellent resort hotels. And more than a few people who actually
live here year-round.
Most people planning a trip to Orlando are headed
to the area's amusement parks, including Disney World (and the other
Disney-owned properties), Universal Studios and Sea World. But the "big
three" aren't the only attractions in Orlando and some of the
others aren't quite as crowded as the big guys.
If the destination for your trip to Orlando is
DisneyWorld, you obviously you can't beat the convenience of staying
at one of the Disney hotels. But you'll pay for that convenience.
Consider one of the many Orlando hotels "just outside the gate" and
not only will you save money, you'll find it much easier to visit
Orlando's other attractions. We hope you find our little guide a helpful way of deciding what
to do, where to stay and when to do it in Orlando, Florida.
