Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is in the southwestern portion of the Walt Disney World Resort, not far from Disney's Animal Kingdom. The design theme here is influenced by the American Southwest and Mexico. It's classified as one of the moderate-priced hotels within Disney World.

Those same Mexican influences are part of the swimming area (gotta love that Mayan temple waterfall!) and the Coronado Springs dining facilities. The kids' playground is even designed to be an archaeological dig site. The entire resort sits amidst several lakes and ponds and the centerpiece is a big, 15-acre lake.
