Disney's Polynesian Resort

Disney's Polynesian Resort is a piece of the South Pacific translated to lakeside in the heart of Disney World. This is one of the most acclaimed of the resort hotels within Disney World, benefits from being on the monorail line and is one of the Disney "deluxe" resorts.

Rooms at the Polynesian Resort can be chosen from standard guest rooms or one- or two-bedroom suites, all with either a Lagoon View, Garden View or Magic Kingdom View. Two big swimming pools, including the "Nanea Volcano Pool", are the next best thing to one of the area's big water parks. A white sand beach is available for lounging lagoon-side. Rent a boat, take a cruise or even do some fishing. Explore the rest of Disney World via complimentary monorail, water launch or bus.

'Ohana is a family buffet-style restaurant that offers a special breakfast with a chance for the kids to meet Disney characters Lilo and Stitch. The "Spirit of Aloha" is an "open air dining theater" that mixes Polynesian entertainment with all-you-can-eat feasting. The Kona Cafe offers up some of that special Kona coffee, brewed on-site. And "Captain Cook's Snack Company" is the local "quick service" dining option.
